Welcome to THS Auctions (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using thsauctions.com (“Website” or “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including buyers, sellers, consigners, bidders, and visitors.

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
   
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
   
• Not be prohibited from using online marketplaces under applicable laws
   

To bid, buy, or sell, users may need to create an account.
You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
   
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
   
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent or abusive behavior.

If you submit items for consignment, you agree that:

• You represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the items
   
• You authorize THS Auctions to list, market, and sell your items on your behalf
   
• You agree to the commission rates, fees, and payout schedules disclosed to you
   
• Consigned items may be subject to authentication or review
   
• THS Auctions reserves the right to decline items at our discretion
   

Final sales results are binding. Once a bid is placed and the auction ends, the sale is final.

By placing a bid, you enter into a binding agreement to purchase the item if you win.
You acknowledge that:

• All bids are final and cannot be retracted
   
• Winning bidders must complete payment within the timeframe stated at checkout
   
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension, cancellation fees, or legal action
   

Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout.
You agree to pay:

• The final auction price
   
• Applicable taxes
   
• Buyer’s premium (if any)
   
• Shipping and handling fees
   

Non-payment may result in collections, account termination, or forfeiture of bidding privileges.

We will ship items to the address provided at checkout.
Buyers acknowledge that:

• Shipping times may vary
   
• Tracking will be provided when available
   
• THS Auctions is not responsible for delays caused by carriers
   

Insurance may be optional or required depending on value thresholds.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions based on visual inspection.
However:

• Trading card grading is subjective
   
• Unless stated, items are sold “as-is”
   
• THS Auctions does not guarantee third-party grading outcomes
   
• If items are graded (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.), grades are final as per the grading company
   

All auction sales are final.
Returns are only accepted if:

• An item is materially different from the listing description
   
• Fraud or misrepresentation is proven
   
• THS Auctions authorizes the return in writing
   

Users agree not to:

• Engage in shill bidding or bid manipulation
   
• Circumvent the auction process
   
• Submit counterfeit or altered cards
   
• Use the Platform for illegal activities
   
• Interfere with platform operations or security
   

All content on the Platform—including logos, text, images, and branding—is owned by THS Auctions or its licensors.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.

THS Auctions is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   
• Loss of profits or revenue
   
• Issues caused by third-party shipping providers
   
• Errors in listings, delays, or system outages
   

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

Users agree to indemnify and hold THS Auctions harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Use of the Platform
   
• Breach of these Terms
   
• Violation of any laws or rights of third parties
   

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
